Keith Collins
Keith Collins, Democratic candidate for Delaware County Council, is a graduate of Geneva College, Beaver Falls, Pa. He has earned a M.B.S. & D.Min. Degrees from Friends International Christian University and is currently completing his Ph.D. dissertation.
Keith was born in Philadelphia and is a graduate of Central High School for boys, where he lettered in football and received the coveted Barnwell Award for Academic Excellence. Keith and his wife Dr. Carolyn Collins have been married for 27 years and currently reside in Ridley Park. He serves as the director of Clinical Visitation for Elwyn and is the pastor of Church of the Overcomer in Trainer Pennsylvania.

Organized a neighborhood rally against drug trafficking which resulted in the closing of a significant drug trafficking operation at 5 & Poplar Streets, Philadelphia, PA.
Participated with the Leukemia Society of America’s Team In Training Program raising over $7,000.00 for Cancer research by completing the Rock N Roll Marathon and the Disney World Marathon.
Founder of the “Academy of Champions Cyber School”
Mentoring
Certified United Way Faith Based Mentor/Facilitator of Boys2Men. A program for young men 13-18 years old, consisting of a Relational Phase, Instructional Phase and, Crossing Ceremony. Currently mentoring 1 generation college students from at-risk backgrounds.
